OFFICIAL FLOWERWEB CONTEST ENTRY FORM
1. Contest is open from August 1st, 2025, to August 27th, 2025, to all floral professionals with a valid state Sales Tax Resale Certificate located in the continental United States of America only.
2. Design a floral arrangement of your choice using our FlowerWeb product affixed to any type or size vase according to the 3-step illustration below.
3. Take a photo of your creation and fill out the the official FlowerWeb Contest Entry Form online at tadzini.com. Upload a copy of your state Sales Tax Resale Certificate in the space provided to complete your entry into the contest.
4. Any official FlowerWeb Contest Entry Form received without a copy of the contestant's valid state Sales Tax Resale Certificate will automatically be considered null and void and be disqualified from the contest.
5. All entries must be received no later than midnight of July 27th, 2025 EDT.
6. All entries become the sole property of FLOWERWEB BY TADZINI LLC.
7. No entries will be returned for any reason.
8. By submitting your official FlowerWeb Contest Entry For, you permit and agree to let FLOWERWEB BY TADZINI LLC use your photo and contest information and post your photos and all or some of the information on the official FlowerWeb Contest Entry Form on the tadzini.com website or other media without any additional permission or any compensation whatsoever, now and in the future.
9. After the entry period expires all photos will be judged by the officers of FLOWERWEB BY TADZINI LLC and the winner will be announced on tadzini.com on September 8th, 2025. Decision of the officers of FLOWERWEB BY TADZINI LLC is final.
10. There will only be one winner and that winner shall receive a check for $100 mailed to the information provided along with the photo and state Sales Tax Resale Certificate on the official FlowerWeb Contest Entry Form.
